run file verification tool from below location. what does it report ?
admin panel >> tools & maintenance >> file verification
ignore reported images & ignore files reported from install folder & its sub-folders

it reported :
they are changed :
admin/styles/default/forum.css
admin/styles/default/style.css
admin/styles/default/home.css
admin/styles/default/popup.css
admin/styles/default/modal.css
admin/styles/default/config.css
admin/styles/default/login.css
admin/styles/default/user.css
admin/styles/default/main.css
search.php
archive/print.css
archive/screen.css
newreply.php
private.php
jscripts/bbcodes_sceditor.js
jscripts/validate/jquery.validate.min.js
inc/functions.php
inc/cachehandlers/apc.php
inc/cachehandlers/xcache.php
inc/cachehandlers/interface.php
inc/cachehandlers/memcache.php
inc/cachehandlers/eaccelerator.php
inc/cachehandlers/memcached.php
inc/class_parser.php

basically ~/inc/class_parser.php file needs to be replaced from original pack of MyBB files

or if you are comfortable then better to upgrade to latest available version of MyBB
