Is there any alternative available, that is working good with myBB 1.8?

Or could you publish your running version of MySupport? I just saw, that it´s implemented here.

Try the one from Sama34 - check his GitHub - it is updated version for MyBB v1.8.x - however not fully working, some changes are needed.

There is no alternative, just wait for @Matt

Matt is working on the plugin and hopes to extend its functionality as soon as possible.
I'll get him to check in here for you.
