You can try focus mybb theme.

I'd also recommend WallBB's "Focus Theme" if the layout is what you're after.
Can you state exactly what you're looking for, as you mention "a theme LIKE this" ?

HI! I can't seem to message or email you so I figured I would try to get ahold of you this way. I made a website using your theme and I think I did a pretty good job, I was hoping you would like to see it and give me feedback on what you think. Also you have full credit for the theme itself as said on bottom of my website of course ~
