I did a google search, i don't think I see any theme similar to that.

We can't, that is violating a few laws on the internet.... If they bought the theme with explicit instructions to not distribute, they are obligated to do so.
And you're practically wanting to steal it (Getting it for free when they told you it is $20) is some violation of DMCA...
