Hello a have a problem when i try to upgrade my forum i have a message:
Performing necessary upgrade queries...

Language restrictedpmlang (/home/admin/domains/domain.com/public_html/f/inc/languages/restrictedpmlang) is not installed

i instaall new mybb aand old 1.7 db sql  so caan somebody help me?

you have a plugin related to restricted PMs - find its php file in the plugins folder ,
rename its extension from .php to .old and try upgrading process again
