Hi all, i use for first time mybb and i love it, is clean and nice, in 1.6 ver has the plugin Social Groups, but in 1.8.8 is not avaiable, anoye has idea if plugin will be build in the future?

you can use 1.6 plugins on mybb 1.8 by changing compatibility . Most of the 1.6 plugins are working on mybb 1.8 .
If you want to change the compatibility open up the plugin file and find the follwing line :
Compatibility : "16*";

and change it to :
Compatibility : "18*"; .

I haven't done any work on in for a month, but I have made a lot of progress. It is much more stable than the version for 1.6 because I store the data in a different way. If you want a demo of what is already done, drop me a pm.
