So Today I went onto my forum and I that had 243 members, I had 640,
I got so angry I decided  to go to the ACP and see what was wrong. I went over to my ban list and find out that there is nobody there, I know that I had over 100. 

I haven't backed up my website, I don't know how to do that

Is There anything I can do ?

Your host may have an automatic backup system in place and may be able to help. If you haven't created any manual backups, there's not a lot you can do I'm afraid.

Have you went through your MyBB logs and see if there is any suspicious activity in there?
Any recent plugins you installed recently as well? You may want to figure out the issue of why they're gone so events don't repeat themselves.

I spoke with my hosting provider and they fixed it for me

Wait let me relay this back, you contacted them to repair your database, or was this a false positive?

Do you have member pruning enabled in acp?
