I just cannot find the post where i saw someone links a software which has a feature to install scripts like wordpress or mybb, etc which has a mysql db/php/& localhost server. I forgot what the software's name if someone knows what im saying please let me know i would really appreciate it.

Wamp? 
i am using XAMPP . I'm trying to install WAMP but i shows a file error and not runing .
always used wampserver with no issues
i am facing MSVCR100.dll file missing error .
