on my site http://bit.ly/2gnnXiM i want to customize my portal and forum, that its look like this:

i tried to create a custom portal box with width of 600 to push the announcements under it, but it push it to the right. Anybody know how and can help me? :x

Use three containers and float all of them to the left. Then you can add your custom boxes/content inside.
