Hi there. To begin can you supply the following information?

* Which verison of MyBB are you running?

* What type of hosting were you using? Shared hosting (I.e CPANEL), Self Managed Server (I.e. Cloud Server, VPS, Dedicated Server, etc), some other solution?

* What type of hosting did you switch to? Shared hosting (I.e CPANEL), Self Managed Server (I.e. Cloud Server, VPS, Dedicated Server, etc), some other solution?

* To confirm do you have backups of the database and file system?

* Please list in as much detail as possible what steps you took to do the transfer.

* To confirm the issue is that after you transferred, you only see the MyBB Documentation? (I see a 404 on the link)

Thanks in advance and we look forward to resolving your issue Smile
It says the folder isn't found, so it likely doesn't exist - where have you put your files?

I've seen the folder appear and disappear so he may of tried to fix his site a few times.
I believe you've fixed your issue? Forum seems to be up and running now

It appears that he has fixed the issue or at least reinstalled MyBB. If he still has the database of the old site I believe he could use the "merge" system to push all the old content into the new install.
NVM but i couldnt succeed to restore old database So thanks for you help i appreiciat.
i recreated the forum and i will write it back all

Thanks Big Grin

Hi there. We are still here to resolve your issue. Do you have the ability to import the old DB into a separate database? If so we can use the merge system to resolve the issue. Please let us know if you would like us to proceed with that option Smile
Reinstalling is never necessary, neither would using the merge system be. I'm not sure what the issue you actually had was but you don't need to recreate your entire forum.
