i don't know in which template its variable locate . Try to find it in index template or in footer template its variable is something like {$dailypostgoal} but i don't know exactly . After finding it you can move it where you want .
Is this plugin is free/paid/custom ?
From where you download it ?

Well look the theme is ripped from leakforums and it also not backlinking to MyBB as according to support eligibility we are not able to help you.

Go to admin cp -> templates & themes --> templates --> youur theme templates --> index page --> index page templates --> index and do as below

 
{$header}{$postgoal_show}
{$ps_header_index}

remove {$postgoal_show} from bottom.
