Hi there. I see that your forum is offering downloads of copyrighted material. Particularly the Harry Potter ebooks is what I was able to spot right away. This appears to be warez like content, there isn't content enough for me to confirm you are running a warez site yet so I will ask to see if this is in error.
Do you have a license to distribute the content and can you provide proof of such license? Content such as the two "Harry Potter" eBooks you are distributing is protected by copyright laws and require permission from the rightsholder to distribute copies of.
I am concerned about the direction that the section those posts go in, is going in, legality/copyright-wise. If the section is not intended to become a warez section and is for User Generated Content can you make sure you include that information in your rules, moderate to ensure compliance, and provide a link to your rules showing that?
Please clarify the license question and please ensure the section complies with the Support Eligibility Policy particularly "Illegal file distribution or piracy". And get back to us
