I don't know what it is called, but when you go over a username with your mouse, sometimes it appears a box showing some details about that user's profile (like on facebook). That would be good if it was included in the core.

Furthermore, a tagging system would also be good, as it would enable tagged users to keep up to date with important matters that are related to them (example: @pmx.pt @test)
