Hello, is it possible to have plugin allows this :

As you can see when you hover mouse over thread's name, it creates summary of thread in minimal size, pretty useful.

One of these may work?

I have one mod but you use on click event but can change it to onmouseover event by the way with a lesser core mods.

But works fine and is an ajax mod, so you have not to overload any unnecessary querys
