I don't know why but i can't see my plugins in ACP ....
I really don't know how to access to my plugins now ...
Could you help me

Are the files still inside your Plugins folder?
I don't believe plugins just disappear out of the ACP

Can you printscreen what's inside your ./inc/plugins folder?
Is there a reason the permissions on the files are 604 and 555? Kinda strange values to set them to.
I think the issue might be you have multiple loginconvert plugins in there, delete the two with 'old' in the name.
No there is no reason.
I deleted the two files with "old" and now i can see the plugins
