When I select my theme it only appears me option to edit the CSS, and it does not appear to edit the index page. Huh Huh Huh Huh Huh

- I use the latest version of mybb

You've got to go to Templates, when you tried to edit you'r CSS, maybe you've got to clear the cache or cloudflare cache.

Templates > Your template > Index Page Templates > Index.

Like Mously said above if you have Cloudflare then put it in dev mode, or press ctrl + F5 on your forum to clear cache.
