I need help with the image showed here, how can i edit the size of the profile image in post?

You can set avatar size in posts through admin panel for this goto Admin Control Panel >>> Configuration >>> Settings >>> Show Thread Options and scroll down to Maximum Avatar Dimensions in Posts here you can set the avatar size .
(by default avatar size is 55x55)
