None of the CSS files are being linked to HTTPS as all of them are being linked as HTTP.

If you go to https://www.forumrage.net and open developer panel in Chrome, you'll witness it shows that none of the files are linked properly for HTTPS.

I would like to edit the files so each one is just linked as ./themes/ and such and not tied to a URL.

Please let me know how I can do this, thanks.

got your ACP > Configuration > site details and change your board url to reflect https on it.
