From what I can tell it's definitely not great, regardless with the amount of members and posts you have it's not going to make a dramatic impact. However, if your forum begins to grow more you should definitely look into further optimisation or upgrading the specs of your web hosting environment because the page generation taking 5 seconds is too long in my opinion and your server load is pretty bad too (I get around 0.25 and we have similar amounts of content).

No, 5 seconds is pretty horrific, but the issue is probably the server load being at 14. I'm guess you're using shared hosting?
