So many people are using proxies on my web to access 
and I don't like that because banned users ca just come back again

I need a plugin that doesn't allow proxies

No proxy please is useless
It detects a proxy when I am not using one

Would appreciate if someone could give me one

You can try this plugin out, not sure if this works or not, I just used a handy tool called "Google" to help me find what you're looking for.
