What are the CHMOD permissions set to on ./task.php? When I go to it I get a 403: http://tradingbhavishya.com/task.php

Do you have access to the error logs for your site? They may have more information. Otherwise, you'll need to ask your host, as for some reason this file can't be accessed, which is why the tasks don't run. If you're on shared hosting, they may have disabled it due to "using too many resources" on the server.

I gave the permission 644 can you check now..
If I click manually "Run this task now" it is working but it is not working automaticallyy....

It's still a 403, like I say if you don't have access to your server error logs you'll need to ask your host if they're blocking access to it.

What permission actually it has to be.. when i set to 644 it is going back to 000
