It is possible to do it using MyBB but I will suggest using a blog software like wordpress for such a website.

You'd be better off with blogging software that allowed comments. Maybe if you're going to use forum software look into Vanilla.

Yes. How I'd do this is by editing several forumdisplay templates. There is a plugin I recall seeing in the Plugins/Mods that displays OP message on forumdisplay, I would also use a plugin like MyReaction or some sort of like system.
But as others said I recommend using a software meant for these kind of things.
Edit: This is actually really neat. If I find the time I may make this my new MyBB modding project.

I actually went through with editing MyBB to function similar to sites like remotestories and fmylife.
It needs a few tweaks but I've put it online http://storymunch.com/

Hey, mate can i have a copy of that forum site's theme , actualy i am preparing a story-wriing site where readers can get every type of stories like friction a, romance , thriller , fanatsy , horror etc...

This is simple to create. It's a simple submission website. I wouldn't use MyBB because the more plugins you use, you expose yourself to potential application vulnerabilities. There is an old Milw0rm script i revamped along time ago, I wonder if I still have it. However, you could use that. You would need to change the coding just a tiny bit. Specially the SQL, because its using an outdated version of php.
