Hello. Is it possible to add the MyBB forum to a Tumblr blog or Google blogspot?

No, MyBB needs to be hosted on a server that runs PHP and you need access to upload the files. The best you could do is serve the forum in an iframe (if these services allow that), but you'd still need hosting and a domain to run the forum from.
