Fix... error mail Unable to connect to the mail server with the given details. Reason: 110: Connection timed out

If you're sure the SMTP settings are correct, your best bet would be to either check with the SMTP provider, or ask your host if there are any issues (such as SMTP port not being open)... if it's a timeout issue, it doesn't sound like a MyBB specific issue.
