My forum is bilingual. I'd like for the forum and category names to change depending on the language chosen by the user.
Is this possible in any simple way?
Many multi-lingual sites generally have language-specific categories / forums.
There is no way in core to change name of categories or forums based on user's language.
It's doable as a plugin, the issue is that would you not then get threads with posts in all different languages? Static, known text can be translated, but as soon as you get dynamic content, especially user-generated dynamic content, it can get awfully complicated.
