I am using the latest Mybb Version right now but it seems that the plugin is not working, changed CHMOD but still not working, also I tried to install 1808 and it works perfect. Can we please check?

Can you upload a screenshot of what's in your ./inc/plugins folder, you have something there that shouldn't be.
If you are not running PHP 5.4 or higher and are using DVZ Shoutbox that can happen.

Thank so much! I just updated my PHP from 5.3 to 5.4 and it is working now! Anyway, should I update my forums to 1810? Thanks a lot!
I recommend upgrading to 1.8.10 as soon as you can.
