Small suggestion, change the colour of the copyright text.

I'm not saying your trying to hide it but you really should alter the colour so it shows, I don't know mybb rules but I'm not sure they'd like it to be hard to see.

The themes okay, certain things didn't display correctly or at least for myself such as your nav bar. the background looks okay imo, would suggest adding more section and making the theme more clear.
