Yes hello I am some how missing some icons on my theme such as
Forum contains new post and Forum contains no New Posts also Forum Locked and Redirect Forum is missing images as well this is what I have in the Image Directory.

If anyone can help me please that would be great.

I use 1.8 support as well.
Honestly this could be an issue with Icyboards.
You're not given access to the FTP client (where those image files are likely stored) unless you are a premium board. This would likely be a question you should ask spork as he would be the quickest to get back with you about this.

Can you try using other themes and see if it is showing icons, might be theme issue as well.

I can see the default images in there. Make sure the directory names are correct in both ACP and your FTP server

Please do not spread false information. Spreading information like this is how so many false rumors get started. All users, regardless of premium status, are given FTP access to the image folder associated with their forum. Thank you.
