I have removed the default logo.png from the folder /ins/  but still the logo shows in the header.
When I check page source, I see the path is images/ins/logo.png, but there is no logo there. Then I upload my logo named logo.png, but still I see the default logo.

a) how can I fix this?
b) who knows another theme like the Inspire-02?

Did you clear the browser cache ? If not, try CTRL + F5 .

a) You should check if logo is present by visiting the url yourforum.com/images/ins/logo.png
If it is not there than you need to upload it again in correct location. Also try what meetdilip has said.

Oke. Thanks. It was indeed the Cache from Google browser!
All fixed now.
