I UNDERSTAND SIMILAR QUESTIONS LIKE THIS ONE HAVE BEEN ASKED BEFORE. 

I searched on here but others seemed to be asking about locking threads with plugins.

BTW if someone asked the same question as me just redirect me to it.

I don't want plugins I just want to know how to simply lock a thread as an admin.
