Нет значков в админ панеле (темы). Друзья помогите, что можно сделать чтоб появились значки в этих местах как на скриншоте.? На самом форуме все работает хорошо. Но вот в этом месте в админке нет этих значков и не понятно куда жать, хотя они все активные, невидимые но при наведение мыши активные.

I am confused are you trying to add icons to the admin panel or have you downloaded an admin panel theme that has icons? A developer of MyBB should be able to help guide you on this issue, but make sure you have your forum to show you support them with their copyright. Also, what do you need help to understand what you are clicking on?

I downloaded the forum 1.8.10, it works well, but in admin panel in some place there is no icons, empty space but active how to make them full of icons?

Who made the language pack for your Russian MyBB? I suggest you do the following:
1. Install an English version from the Download page here:
https://mybb.com/download/ to see if the icons can be seen. If it works, it might be the language pack.
2. Try to reinstall the Russian version to see if you can fix the icons that way. If that does not work, wait for a developer.
I am not sure how language packs function other than translating the software. However, I highly recommend you contact the author that translated the MyBB to Russian if my best advice as there could be a bug somewhere.
