How to show the first post in the thread always on the top above the others posts? I mean on every page in the thread (if there is more than one page).

Create first_postbit template, add {$first_post} to the showthread page.

With XThreads plugin there is an option under forum/post settings to show first_postbit on all pages.
"Show first post on every showthread page", check the Yes radio button.

Really good implementation of Xthreads, I think it uses bootstrap?

There's some things to tweak but there is a live demo to this theme and XThread (Story) app http://storymunch.com
