Im trying to use the Auto Hindi Conversion feature  using PramukIME ( http://www.vishalon.net/PramukhIME/CKEditorPlugin.aspx ) in CKEDITOR .
The expected end result is to be : http://service.vishalon.net/pramukhtypepad.aspx ( The user types in English while its "Transliterated" in Hindi )

The Simple steps to use PramukhIME with CKeditor have been given here :

Can someone plz tell me in which file i need to add Step 4 and Step 5 ?
