How can I change the picture on the window tab of my forum? I uploaded a screen shot

Thats your favicon.

You'll need to upload an image that is 16x16 px or 32x32 px.

Make sure it is named: favicon.ico

Do i have to add anything to the template? Any coding?

It isn't required, your browser will pick it up, you may just need to hard refresh the browser a few times or restart it.

Just upload it to the main directory of your MyBB in your FTP.

Like Matt says, it'll do it's own thing. Smile
