I downloaded this mod:  https://community.mybb.com/mods.php?action=view&pid=411   and installed it. It worked fine, no problems with the installation, but there's no games. How do I get games for it?

You will have to download flash games, google some flash games and add them to your plugin Smile

Where do I get them, and how do I install them?

Try google to find the flash games ( .tar ) and upload them via arcade -> add game.
