None of those sites provide an accurate "worth" of any site. It's like me saying your account "Michael2014" on community.mybb.com is worth $11,000. Doesn't mean anything at all.

They show wrong worth mate, don't go by those numbers.
Always check the traffic, domain rankings, website content and profit (very important) if you are planning to buy a website. (Just a tip)

These are estimated worth and calculated by the help of alexa and alternative providers ranking systems. If you get your website higher in rank they they will estimate your site with higher amount, never ever believe them its just a waste of time.
