I get a sql error when I accept something that is reported in the moderator panel

What version are you on? Run a file verification check in the ACP, it looks like you have outdated files.

Yes.
^ do you have any plugin related to reporting posts ? if so, disable & uninstall it.
if you are not sure, temporarily disable all the plugins and check if the problem persists
(forum admin panel >> Configuration >> General Configuration >> disable all plugins)
