I just upgraded from 1.2.5 to the latest version, and when I did, all of the é's on my forum changed to messed-up characters. Since my forum is a Pokémon forum, this is slightly bad. Is there any way of fixing it?

That's a known problem, but there isn't a solution yet. You could try changing the inc/languages/english.php or inc/language/yourlanguage.php from ISO to UTF or so ...

I have problem with TIS-620 , then I changed to Windows-874 , why the weird box still remain ?
