If you only deleted a file folder, you don't need to restore your database. Edit your config.php and settings.php files. Unfortunately, you will have lost attachments, avatars, etc, which users have uploaded to your site since your last backup.

Meetdilip, the problem was that i cant import the database backup from mybb. Thelovelyone, i found out that my host does make backups and i managed to restore my forum with mybb merge system

So problem solved! Thank you very much guys!! I am really really really thankfull!!
