Hey, it looks like a CSS problem.

Do you've copied the dvz_shoutbox CSS rules into your theme global.css??

Did you edit a shoutbox template in ACP?? - It looks like!

could not remember if i did, how can i fix this?

Uninstall and reinstall the plugin....This should reset all changes in plugin templates.

Your better of just reverting the templates.
