I have been trying to find a way to speed up the page loads when youtube videos are embedded. I have tried loading the videos asynchronously, this sped up page load times. But the videos still loaded slow.
I would like to be able to load thumbnails of the videos much like in the link below

However I have not had much luck. Any help would be greatly appreciated
