Also, is worth noting that just because your plan "allows" 100GB of space, doesn't mean you actually have that. They may "allocate" you 100GB, but because of overselling, there will be too many accounts on your server for everybody to use 100GB, so what's happened is all the other accounts have collectively used up the disk space. The reason it is an intermittent error is because other files are also being deleted, so the disk usage is going up and down all the time. The solution is to use a proper host, Go Daddy are probably the second worst hosting company I can think of.

IIRC in CPanel you can set a hard limit for MySQL databases.
