Before opening, we made a BUNCH of test threads, accounts, etc. just to see if everything worked properly. We have opened now and have since deleted all those test threads and test accounts. 

I recounted and rebuilt EVERYTHING in the Recount & Rebuild in the ACP but all of these things are still showing up on the stats page but they do not exist.

Anyone know what might be going on to cause this not to recount and rebuild?

Because that comes from the stats cache, you need to rebuild that instead in the cache manager.
