Right now all the posts on my forum need to be approved my a moderator. I don't know why or how that happened, nor do I know how to fix it. How do I change it?

Check your forums & post -> forum -> permissions.
You have checked Moderate new post.
Uncheck it for all groups, and your done

Check mybot in case you have word filtering set up. That caused me that bug once before.

Is there a way to change all the forums permissions at one time or do I have to do it individually?

All forums/categories that you already have, needs to be done one by one.
categories you do now, will also have effect on sub or child boards later.
