i just bought SSL certificate, i uploaded in my root directory still not working..!
what do i need to do??
Define "not working"? When you go to your site with https://, does it work? You will need to redirect traffic to https:// too once it's installed correctly. if you get an error when going to https;// manually, then check with your host that you've installed it correctly.
This is not a MyBB trouble, this is a host configuration trouble

So it does work with https:// when you go to it manually? If it does, you need to change your Board URL to include https://, enable the secure cookies flag, and redirect traffic to https://

You need to put some rewrite code in - the .htaccess file, your domain provider will tell you what to do with that. Then go to ACP > Configuration > Site Details > change your home page and links to https instead of http.
As long as your SSL is activated, can take 90 minutes, you should get the green padlock.
What's your URL? As far as I'm aware you only get the green bar with EV certificates, which I doubt is what you've bought.
There is no Green bar with DV/OV SSL just only a Green Padlock icon. If you want Green Bar then you must be a registered firm/entity/business and EV SSLs does need paper work.
