Full Version: Edit post button doesn't have quick edit option?

I just noticed that my "EDIT THIS POST" button doesn't give the drop down option for quick edit or full edit..it just goes straight to full edit when clicked? I am running 2 forums with the same theme and it does work on the other forum. Where would I look to add quick edit back to the way it should be?

ETA: Found the culprit...ModNotice Plugin was broke
