You can customize the place to show it in the template of your theme. Remove the bam code from here,
Home » Template Sets » FunkyOne Templates » Edit Template: header
It should look like this "<!-- BAM -->{$bam_announcements}<!-- /BAM -->"
and put it on wherever you want. Use the inspect elements (press f12 on chrome) to find a suitable place on the browser.
