I'm trying to make a big notice not inside the shoutbox but outside it so everyone can see it cause some members cannot see the shoutbox notice because of scrolling it goes up and down with chat so I used HTML to make that notice on the Inferno Shoutbox title but when I save settings it creates 2 Notices not only one, like a double code.
