I have theme installed and everything its new forum.

If you need some help, then post a screen shot of your index and not the code.
Also your website url will also help.

This is a host issue, it's displaying the actual code not running it, nothing we can really help with.

There seams no php running on it

Are you on a shared host or a VPS? If you're on a VPS which webserver are you running?

Can you post your webservers config file I can take a look?
