SMTP password: password
SMTP Encryption Mode: SSL encryption

Error Message : Unable to connect to the mail server with the given details. Reason: 111: Connection refused

Same Error phase on zoho.com and gmail.com

What am I doing wrong?

Are you on a VPS or on a Shared Hoster?

If you are on a VPS try to connect via

telnet smtp.gmail.com 465

this will confirm that you are able to open the connection.

Otherwise ask your hoster if the ports are open.

Tip: And better use Port 587 with TLS not 465 with SSL
